True leadership, as explored in Leading with Grit, Grace and Gratitude, is about serving others with strength and compassion, creating a lasting impact by fostering trust, loyalty, and transformation in the lives of those we lead.

Five-Fold Fatherhood - The Pattern for Relational Equity

Five-Fold Fatherhood is my journey into spiritual paternity under the covering of the five ministry gifts in Ephesians 4:11: Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. Each of these gifts/fathers have been vital to my spiritual and natural development as a leader, minister, pastor and a son. In this book, I share how each have poured into my life at strategic seasons that speak to my past, present and future.

Leaguership - A League of Likeminded Leaders

Leaguership stems from a lifetime of leadership development in my life. God birthed a strategy in my heart, years ago, to develop & equip leaders as I fulfill my life call to make a generational impact. I would come to discover that God would teach me how to become and function as a Spiritual Father.
