Leading With Grit, Grace and Gratitude

Leadership requires a balance of grit and grace, combining resilience with empathy to face challenges and lead with compassion. Grit is the perseverance to stay the course despite adversity, while grace is the kindness and humility that fosters understanding and forgiveness. Jesus Christ exemplified this balance, demonstrating unwavering commitment alongside love and mercy. True leadership, as explored in Leading with Grit, Grace and Gratitude, is about serving others with strength and compassion, creating a lasting impact by fostering trust, loyalty, and transformation in the lives of those we lead.

Five-Fold Fatherhood - The Pattern for Relational Equity

Five-Fold Fatherhood is my journey into spiritual paternity under the covering of the five ministry gifts in Ephesians 4:11: Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. Each of these gifts/fathers have been vital to my spiritual and natural development as a leader, minister, pastor and a son. In this book, I share how each have poured into my life at strategic seasons that speak to my past, present and future.

Leaguership - A League of Likeminded Leaders

Leaguership stems from a lifetime of leadership development in my life. God birthed a strategy in my heart, years ago, to develop & equip leaders as I fulfill my life call to make a generational impact. I would come to discover that God would teach me how to become and function as a Spiritual Father.
